I learned to crochet and knit about 15 years ago. It’s a terrific hobby and great for stress relief. I make all kinds of items including hats, scarfs, afghans, slippers, baby blankets…even characters.

Call it a “knitter-for-hire”. I don’t mass produce, or have an inventory of items. Everything I make is by request. Creating items that are for a special purpose, whether it’s a personalized gift, or something unique that couldn’t be found elsewhere…those are my favorite.
